My responsibilities here at Interview Match involve assisting in the hiring process by posting jobs, going through applications and interviewing applicants. I also help to create and conduct training meetings to help develop the professional skills of myself and my colleagues. This internship is giving me the experience and developing the skills I'll need as I continue seeking out careers in Human Resources.
