There is no doubt the pandemic has impacted the job market in many ways. One way in which it will forever change the work-world as we know it lies in the fact that it has forced people to work more virtually versus in-person.
As some employers slowly regain momentum in increasing in-person work again, some have shifted in creating hybrid work models that include both an in-person and remote component, while others have made full shifts to fully remote work environments.
There are many resources available that predict which industries are growing such as Burning Glass, EMSI, O*NET OnLine, The Occupational Outlook Handbook, and the US Census Bureau. However, as we grow this Interview Match LLC community, I would welcome your feedback as far as your observations with this in hopes of helping one another as we grow together in a new work-world.
